Expert Community
The expert-community is a sample of thousands of Europeans who took part in the following European Community Colleges: ERCC 2003, ERCC 2004, CECC, BCC II, Youth 2002, EWD 2002, RCC, DCC and CiD.
This site presents results of a self-assessment process among Europeans. Every identification, formulation and validation is on the authority of the expert community.
The identification, assessment and formulation of competences took place at the Schools for Europe Community College III, hosted by the International People’s College in Elsinore (DK) 3.-10. September 2006.
